These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VedaCode™ ("VedaCode", "we", "us", "our"), a numerology and Vedic-astrology insight platform operated in India by [[Registered entity name, e.g. VedaCode Technologies Pvt. Ltd.]]. By creating an account, generating a blueprint, or paying for any product on VedaCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
VedaCode is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are creating a report on behalf of another adult (for example, a partner or client), you confirm you have their permission to submit their birth details.
2. What VedaCode is — and is not
VedaCode combines Pythagorean numerology, traditional Vedic astrology and the Lo Shu grid with an AI narration layer to produce a personal "blueprint": a structured, plain-language interpretation of these classical frameworks, together with practical, reasoning-based suggestions.
VedaCode is a self-reflection and planning tool. It is not a licensed astrologer, a medical practitioner, a financial adviser, a lawyer, or any other regulated professional, and nothing produced by the service should be treated as a substitute for professional advice. 3. One report, one correction
Each paid purchase entitles you to generate one personal blueprint tied to one individual's name and date of birth (and, where supplied, time and place of birth). To generate a blueprint for a different person — a partner, a child, a co-founder — a separate purchase and a separate report is required.
Because every calculation in your blueprint (numerology, chart casting, the Lo Shu grid) is derived directly from your name and date of birth, these two fields are permanently locked once your report is generated. We allow one free correction per report, intended solely for genuine data-entry errors (a misspelled name, a wrong digit in the date), which is reviewed by a human member of our team before anything is changed. Requests to change these fields for reasons other than correcting an error (for example, to generate a report for a different person using your existing purchase) may be declined.
4. Payments, pricing and access
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) for customers in India and in US Dollars for customers outside India, inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. The blueprint is a one-time purchase; VedaCode Plus is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit birth details or identity information belonging to someone else without their consent;
- use the service to harass, defame, or make decisions that could foreseeably harm another person, based on the output;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or systematically extract VedaCode's methodology, prompts, or generated content;
- circumvent the one-report or identity-lock mechanisms described above;
- use automated means to access the service outside of the interfaces we provide; or
- upload malicious files, or files unrelated to a correction request, to any upload feature.
6. Intellectual property
The VedaCode name, logo, interface, underlying software, prompt design and the specific wording of your generated blueprint are the property of [[Registered entity name, e.g. VedaCode Technologies Pvt. Ltd.]] or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, download and use your own blueprint for personal purposes. You may not publish, resell, or commercially redistribute your blueprint or any part of the VedaCode platform without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, VedaCode and [[Registered entity name, e.g. VedaCode Technologies Pvt. Ltd.]] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including decisions made in reliance on your blueprint or any tool result. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to VedaCode in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including the acceptable-use provisions above. You may close your account at any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and where a change affects how we process your personal data we will ask you to re-confirm your consent.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [[Registered office address, India]].
